Make macarons with a French chef
at Galeries Lafayette
In a quiet corner of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, in the heart of the Opéra district, a French pastry chef shares the secrets of the perfect macaron. Each class has 4 to 18 participants, and all cooking utensils are provided.
Learn to make the shells and ganache
The 1 hour 30 minute class is divided into two stages. Put on an apron and first learn how to make macaron shells and ganache, then move on to filling and assembling them. The chef uses local organic ingredients and makes flavors such as chocolate and pistachio.
Taste and take home your macarons
You'll make at least 4 macarons during the class, which you can eat on the spot or take with you. The chef also gives you 2 recipes so you can make them again at home.
※ All sessions are held in English, except the Tuesday 5:00 PM session, which is held in French.
※ The parent-and-child macaron class is held every Wednesday.
