What to Remember
- Tickets are valid for 24 or 48 hours.
- You will need a printed voucher to receive your actual bus ticket.
- The date you select when booking must be the first day of the tour, and if you tour more than 1 day, the ticket must be used consecutively.
- Child tickets are available for children ages 3 to 11. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 years old can travel for free. Passengers under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Strollers and strollers must be folded and stored on the lower deck.
- Big Bus operates wheelchair accessible vehicles that can accommodate weights of up to 650 pounds. Please note that the upper deck of the bus is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers with mobility needs may not have access to the upper deck of the bus. Big Bus cannot guarantee accessibility to various attractions along the tour.
- Masks are required on buses (subject to change without prior notice, subject to current permissions). Under Hong Kong law, masks are required at all times, whether indoors or outdoors. Therefore, we ask all passengers to wear masks at all times, whether on board, during the tour, or while disembarking.
- Each paying adult can bring one infant (4 years old or younger) on the bus for free. Tickets are not provided for infants.
- The night tour lasts approximately 45-60 minutes.
