Detailed ticket issuance procedure:
1. First, select the language to use (Korean)
2. Select ‘Receive reserved ticket’
3. Select ‘EXCHANGE ORDER (E-TICKET)’
4. Scan the QR issued at the time of reservation / Enter Exchange Order No.
5. Enter the start date of use 
6. Check the usage conditions (passport, entry qualification, etc.)
7. Scan the photo page of your passport
8. Ticket issuance and completion

Hello Kitty Shinkansen, once a day

The Hello Kitty Shinkansen is a Shinkansen that operates once a day, and children really like it because it is a Kitty-designed train.
