Cancellations requested up to 14 days prior to the tour date: 100% refund available
Cancellations requested 13 to 7 days prior to the tour date: 10% cancellation fee (90% refund)
Cancellations requested 6 to 4 days prior to the tour date: 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)
Cancellations requested 3 days prior to the tour date or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

• Cancellation/refund requests are processed only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
