Cebu: Brand Hopping Tour

• Please present your voucher when meeting your guide in the lobby of your hotel and use it.
• Valid only on the specified date

Pick-up from resorts in Mactan Island, Cebu
(Pick-up/drop-off is not possible in very remote areas)

Meeting time:
Detailed pick-up time information will be provided by the local travel agency via KakaoTalk after the reservation is confirmed.

 

If cancellation is requested 14 days or more prior to the tour date: 100% refund possible
If cancellation is requested 13 to 7 days before the tour date: 10% cancellation fee will be incurred (90% refund)
If cancellation is requested 6 to 4 days before the tour date: 50% cancellation fee will be incurred (50% refund)
Cancellation request 3 days prior to the tour date or on the day of the tour or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (non-refundable)

Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
