* Please arrive 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time and wait.
What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- When using the massage, please remove all jewelry such as necklaces and earrings and store them in your bag.
- The massage consists of a 90-minute stone massage, which can be changed to 120 minutes by paying the difference on site.
- You can change the stone massage option to dry/lotion/oil. However, it is difficult to refund the difference.
- A 90-minute growth massage is included when purchasing the child option.
- Preschool children are eligible until elementary school age.
- Check-in time for the return pack room is from 7 PM.
- The return pack is a package product with a discount, so a partial refund will not be issued even if some of the products are not used.
- Changes in flight schedules and incorrect flight information are attributable to the user, so refunds are not possible due to these changes.
- Refunds are not possible in case of itinerary cancellation due to delayed flight departure or flight schedule cancellation.
- Bringing suitcases or food into the room is prohibited.
- Sleepwear and separate blankets are not provided.
- When going to Cebu City, we will call a Grab (taxi) separately. (individual burden)
- Free pickup is available for J Park, Plantation Bay, Maribago Blue Water, and Mactan New Town areas.
- For pick-up within the Shangri-La/Solea/Airport/Sheraton/Movenpick/Dusit Thani/Parola/Lantau area, an additional fee will be charged per team depending on the distance.
- Airport drop-off is available at 10:30/11:30 PM, and if you wish to use a private vehicle after these times, an additional fee of 500 pesos per team will be charged.
- Shangri-La/Solea pickup costs 150 pesos per team per way.
- Sheraton/Movenpick pickup costs 200 pesos per team one way.
- Dusit Thani/Parola/Lantau pickup costs 300 pesos per team per way.
Cancellation and Refund
- 6 to 9 days prior to use date: 50%
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
