Cebu: Canyoneering & Oslob Whale Shark Watching Private Tour

• Start the tour by presenting your voucher to the pick-up driver at the lobby of your hotel.
• It is only valid on the specified date.

Meeting Point:
It takes place in the lobby of the hotel you are staying at.

* However, travelers who wish to use the service immediately after arriving at the airport will be picked up in front of the Globe booth located at the airport exit.
* In this case, please enter the airport/flight number in the hotel name.

03:00 AM
Basically, we pick you up in front of your accommodation lobby.

* Vehicle information will be provided via KakaoTalk the afternoon of the previous day, so be sure to check it. If you do not hear from us, you must check with the contact information specified on the voucher.
* If you wish to pick up earlier, an additional charge of 400 pesos will apply.
* Before using canyoneering, be sure to sign up for travel insurance in case of an accident. 

• This product includes the Canyoning on-site surcharge and Oslob environmental tax, so there are no additional costs to pay on-site.
• This is a private vehicle tour with a minimum of 2 people required.
• It will be conducted as a Badian canyoning tour. (Please note that it may change depending on local circumstances.)
• All tour pick-up times are based on local time (1 hour behind Korea).
• For customers who would like to be picked up at the airport, please enter your flight number along with the hotel & resort name.
• If you wish to pick up the vehicle before 3pm, an additional fee will be charged (additional fee of 400 pesos based on 2pm)

• If you want to be picked up at the airport, it is recommended that you make a reservation at a massage shop or accommodation near the airport, as it may be difficult to wait at the airport if you arrive too early.
• The schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• Children are welcome from 8 years of age.
• If canyoning is canceled due to local circumstances such as bad weather, the local Philippine authorities will usually notify you of the cancellation in the morning. Please understand in advance that you may receive a canyoning cancellation notice while traveling to the canyoning location or while traveling to the Oslob location.
• After the Oslob + Tumalog tour, you will have a meal. If you would like to go canyoning early, please tell your guide in advance that you would like to take lunch out in the morning.
• Depending on the tour period and weather, the waiting + tour time in Oslob may be longer than the schedule provided.
• Canyoneering is staffed by Philippine government certified safety personnel.
• Luggage storage is possible in the vehicle, but valuables cannot be stored there. (Not responsible for loss)
• If you are a customer using a package/semi-package product, you cannot use it or receive a refund.
• We recommend that you wear your water play clothes, and since the vehicle may be cold due to the air conditioning, it would be a good idea to bring a jacket or towel.
• Whale sharks are easily visible from boats and do not necessarily require snorkeling to see them.
• If you leave your belongings in your vehicle or boat, they will be difficult to find.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Additional charges apply for pick-up from two hotels (100 pesos per person). Pick-up from three or more locations is not possible.
• If your group is staying at different hotels, you must enter each hotel separately.
• After canyoning, you can also drop Moalboal.
• Please note that although the vehicle is a private tour, the activity may be conducted with other travelers due to limited locations.
• If you are late for the pickup time, you will be considered a no-show and will not be able to use the service or receive a refund.

Hotel pick-up/drop-off service information

• Those who wish to join the tour immediately after arriving at the airport can also make a reservation.
• Meeting point for international flights: Outside the arrival area of Terminal 2 entrance, in front of the Globe telecom booth
• Meeting point for domestic flights: Outside the arrival area of Terminal 1

Information on private tours

• This product is a solo tour in principle. If you arbitrarily recruit people to conduct a join tour, we inform you that all problems that occur during the tour are the responsibility of the traveler. If canceled 7-8 days before the date of use, 20% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
On the day of use - No refund for cancellation or non-attendance 2 days in advance
*If a reservation is made by a package customer, absolutely no refund is possible.
Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
