* Vehicle information will be provided via KakaoTalk the afternoon of the previous day, so be sure to check it. If you do not hear from us, you must check with the contact information specified on the voucher.

• This product includes canyoning site surcharge and Oslob environmental tax, so there is no additional amount to pay on site.
• This is a private vehicle tour and the minimum number of participants is 2.
• It starts with Badian canyoneering. (Please note that it may change depending on local circumstances.)
• All tour pickup times are local time. (1 hour slower than Korea)
• For customers who wish to be picked up at the airport, please enter the flight number in the hotel & resort name.
• If you wish to pick up the vehicle before 3 p.m., an additional charge will apply (additional cost of 400 pesos for 2 p.m.)

• If you want to be picked up from the airport, it may be difficult to wait at the airport if you arrive too early, so it is best to make a reservation at a massage shop or accommodation near the airport if possible.
• Schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• Children are welcome from the age of 8.
• Canyoneering cancellations due to local circumstances such as bad weather are usually notified by local authorities in the Philippines in the morning. Please understand in advance that you may receive a canyoning cancellation notice while on the way to the canyoning location or while moving to Oslob.
• After the Oslob + Tumalog tour, we will have a meal. If you want to go canyoneering quickly, please tell the guide in advance that you will take out lunch in the morning.
• In Oslob, depending on the tour time and weather, the waiting + tour time may be longer than the schedule provided.
• Canyoning is staffed by safety personnel verified by the Philippine government.
• You can store luggage in the vehicle, but storing valuables is not permitted. (No responsibility for loss)
• Customers using package/semi-package products cannot use or receive refunds.
• It is recommended that you wear your water play clothes, and as the vehicle may be cold due to air conditioning, it is a good idea to bring a jacket or towel.
• Whale sharks can be seen easily from boats, but you don't necessarily have to snorkel to see them.
• If you leave your belongings in your vehicle or boat, they will be difficult to find.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Additional charges apply for pick-up from both hotels (100 pesos per person). Pick-up from more than three locations is not possible.
• If members of your group are staying at different hotels, you must enter each hotel.
• Moalboal drop is also possible after the canyoneering is over.
• Please note that although the vehicle is a solo tour, the activity can be done with other travelers as the space is limited.
• If you are later than the pick-up time, it will be treated as a no-show and no use or refund will be possible.

Hotel pick-up/drop-off service information

• Those who want to participate in the tour immediately after arriving at the airport can also make a reservation.

Information on solo tours

• In principle, this product is a solo tour, and if you arbitrarily recruit people to join the tour, please be advised that the traveler is responsible for any problems that arise during the tour. If canceled 7-8 days before the date of use, 20% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.

*If a reservation is made by a package customer, absolutely no refund is possible.
Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
