I made a reservation through the wag before departure and woke up at 3 am the day after I arrived in Cebu. The road was narrow and a little tired, but I was thrilled to see the sunrise while having breakfast !! After morning, I went to Tumalok Falls and got back by motorcycle for about two minutes. Print the voucher sent to your email or check the WAUG app voucher.

Cancellation and Refund

If you change or cancel your reservation after it is confirmed, a fee will be applied according to the special terms and conditions in accordance with Article 5 (Special Agreement) of the travel terms and conditions.

If you cancel 7-8 days before the date of use, 20% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
If you cancel 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
No refund is possible if you cancel on the day of use - 2 days before.

※ Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
