What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- When receiving a massage, please remove all jewelry such as necklaces and earrings and keep them in your bag.
- Please keep your belongings separate and leave valuables at the reception counter.
- All massages except dry massage are performed after undressing, so if you would like separate rooms for men and women, please let us know when making your reservation.
- If you only use the pick-up/drop-off vehicle without receiving a massage, there is a one-way fee of 100 pesos per person.
- Pick-up and drop-off service is available within Mactan when making a reservation for 2 people for 90 minutes or more. (60-minute massage, 1 person only, or a small pick-up and drop-off fee is charged depending on the distance)
- Shangri-La/Solea pickup and drop-off costs 150 pesos per team one way.
- Sheraton/Movenpick pickup and drop-off costs 200 pesos per team one way.
- Dusit Thani/Parola/Lantau team will charge 300 pesos one way.
- Airport pick-up and drop-off costs 100 pesos per person.
- If you require disposable underwear, please request it prior to your massage.
- Pickup vehicle information will be sent to your reservation consultation KakaoTalk 10 to 15 minutes before boarding.
- Please arrive 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled pick-up time as the pickup vehicle may have a team accompanying it.
- The vehicle cannot be left waiting for more than 10 minutes. If the reservation is cancelled due to failure to board the vehicle within the designated time, no refund will be given.
- There is a charge for requesting shower towels (50 pesos per person).
- If a person who does not receive a massage rides along in the pickup vehicle, a one-way fee of 100 pesos will be charged.
- A babysitter fee of 200 pesos will be charged upon prior reservation.
- If you only use the bed without receiving a massage on site, a bed charge and pick-up/drop-off fee will be incurred.
- Pickup is not available in Cebu City area.

Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
