The Cebu Cacao Tree Spa first day pack provides (evening and early morning) airport pickup + accommodation + luggage storage + accommodation drop service! Even if your flight arrives late in the evening or early in the morning, we will pick you up without any problem. You can sleep until the next morning with a massage to relieve the fatigue of your flight. You can choose from a variety of massage programs, including Shiatsu, Thai, oil, and lava stone massage.
Additionally, you can be dropped off at the port according to the Ocean Jet time, so all possibilities are covered!

What to Remember
- The Mactan area will be dropped off at 11 o'clock, and the port will be dropped off according to the ticket time.
- We are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from incorrectly entered information (name/contact information/date of use/time of use/pick-up location/e-mail address, etc.) or theft or loss.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- If you are of a different gender and would like to use a different room, please be sure to request it in advance.
- Refunds are not possible for no-shows due to natural disasters or personal circumstances.
- We do not provide separate travel insurance.
- If you wish to add 30 minutes, individual prices will be provided on site.
- Massage options, excluding growth massage, are only available to ages 12 and older.
- Growth massage is only available to children aged 4-11.
- Children under 3 years old can enjoy free oil massage.
- Be sure to check the information sent via KakaoTalk 1 day before the use date.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation 6 to 0 days before the date of use: No refunds or changes possible
1. Refunds are not possible for flight cancellations, personal reasons, or simple change of mind.
2. No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Full refund if flight is canceled due to weather
4. It is difficult to receive a refund even if the massage time cannot be completed due to a sudden time change on the day. (Previous reservations given priority)
You must contact us in advance to change the massage time. Refunds are not possible even if the time cannot be changed due to reservations made by other customers on the same day or if the massage time cannot be filled due to overlapping times.
