This product is an individual departure product, and a local driver will pick you up at the hotel of your choice and then proceed with the tour.
Please be sure to enter the requested time when making a reservation. (Between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM) If the time is not specified, it will automatically proceed to 9:00 AM.
When conducting a meeting or tour, you must confirm the time and place to meet the driver before getting off and checking the assigned driver information sent via SMS 1 day before the tour (during the meeting, call the driver and then meet).

• If you are unable to proceed with the tour due to personal circumstances on the day of departure, a full refund is not possible.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.

• This is a tour that only provides a vehicle and driver, and the order of the itinerary can be changed according to the customer's preference.
• The vehicle is provided for a total of 5 hours from the hotel pick-up time to the final drop off. If 5 hours are exceeded, an additional fee of 300 pesos per hour (for passenger vehicle) must be paid locally.
• Please note that if you are unable to complete the tour due to vehicle congestion due to local circumstances, you will have to cancel or change the tour destination and WAUG is not responsible.
• The last course of the tour, Ayala Mall, is optional. You can end the tour at Ayala Mall or send it directly to the hotel.
