• Pick-up and drop-off are limited to hotels within Hanoi Old Quarter area.
• Departure/Arrival Address: 70C Nguyen Huu Huan, Hang Bac, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
• From Friday to Sunday, due to restricted vehicle traffic, hotel pick-up is possible but drop-off is not possible. (Drop-off at the above address)
• The travel time from Hanoi to Hai Phong to Ha Long Bay is short by taking the highway.
• There may be a waiting time of approximately 30-60 minutes during arrival at Tuan Chau and boarding the cruise (limousine waiting).
• Cruise tours are joined by regular bus passengers.
• Lunch is served at a table for four or six people.
• If you plan to climb the mountain peak on Titop Island, please bring sneakers; if you plan to swim, please bring a swimsuit and towel.
• Paid shower facilities are available on Titop Island upon request.
• When you kayak, your butt gets wet.
• Tipping the boatman when using the bamboo boat is not mandatory, but it is appreciated.
• Bamboo boats are not available when sea levels are high.
• Many cruise ships dock at Cheongung Cave, so please follow the guide closely and do not act individually.
• The order of visits and activities may change without notice depending on local circumstances.
• Reservation is required at least 4 days prior to use.
• After reservation, a voucher will be sent to you via KakaoTalk.

1. Customer voluntary cancellation
- Cancellation or no-show on the day to 3 days before: No refund.
- Cancellation 4-7 days in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellation 8 days in advance: 90% refund excluding 10% reservation fee

2. Cancellation due to bad weather
- Cancellation before departure: Refund after deducting 10% of reservation fee
- Cancellation after departure: Refund after deduction of usage details (bus, etc.) up to the time of cancellation

• Cancellations due to bad weather are usually announced by the Vietnamese government in the morning of the day.
• WAUG is a reservation agency, so the above cancellation and refund policies follow the local company's standards.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
