Cancellation and Refund

1. Customer voluntary cancellation
- Cancellation or no-show on the day to 3 days before: No refund.
- Cancellation 4-7 days in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellation 8 days in advance: 90% refund excluding 10% reservation fee

- Cancellation before departure: Refund after deducting 10% of reservation fee
