Hangruwon, take a boat
Let me introduce you to Hangruwon, a place that many people are looking forward to. You can take a kayak or a sampan boat and cross the cave under the mysterious rock cave. If you are lucky, you can also meet cute monkeys.
When you ride a boat, water may splash and your clothes may get wet, so I recommend bringing extra clothes and underwear to change into. If you bring extra clothes, you can enjoy the ride without worrying about getting your clothes wet, so it’s more fun. Don’t forget a waterproof bag to store your phone!

What to Remember
- If you are late, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given. Please arrive 10 minutes early to the meeting time and wait.
- Hotel pick-up is only available around Hanoi Old Quarter. If your accommodation location is different, the meeting will be held at Hanoi Opera House .
- Children 2 years old and under are admitted free of charge.
- For standard cruises, a full course meal is served for lunch, while for luxury cruises, an onboard buffet is served for lunch.
- Customers using kayaks in Hangruan are advised to prepare extra clothes and towels, and when using kayaks, be sure to put your cell phone in the waterproof wallet provided. (There are many accidents where cell phones are dropped into the sea while using kayaks.)
- Due to regulations on environmental pollution, disposable items cannot be brought on board the Halong Bay tour.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- During Vietnamese national/public holidays, additional charges (local payment, etc.) may be incurred as labor costs, vehicle costs, etc. increase.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
