Hanoi City Jeep Tour (Morning/Afternoon/Sunset Tour Options)

It was nice that the young guides energetically introduced Hanoi, rather than the typical tour feeling. Since it was a sunset tour, my mom and I were a little tired, but since we went around the jeep while listening to the explanation, it was a recharged and informative time. Everyone was so energetic that we couldn't help but feel energized, and they found the photo spots exactly and took more pictures. We also ate dinner at a restaurant & pub run by the travel agency instead of the tour restaurant, and it was homemade and clean and delicious. The schedule in Hanoi was short, so I almost regretted it, but it was a fulfilling and enjoyable time. RecommendedRecommended

My English isn't very good, so I had a hard time understanding what the guide was saying, but he explained things step by step and tried to help me understand, which was really nice. Although we went to many places in a short period of time, he took care of everything meticulously, which made it even more enjoyable.

The guide and driver were both very kind. Rather than simply listening to the explanation, it would have been better if you had asked questions about various things you were curious about. I told them in advance that it was my sister's birthday, who I was traveling with, and they even prepared a surprise cake for me, which was very touching. The only regret is that the reservation manager's KakaoTalk chat was too much. They recommended that I change to a private tour, but since it costs more, I wanted to check the differences from the existing group tour, but they kept asking for additional payment without giving specific answers to the questions I asked, and they repeatedly contacted me several times to ask for a 5-star review after using the product, which was unpleasant. Since I'm meeting a friendly guide and driver anyway, it doesn't have a big impact on the product selection, but I'm writing this review in the hope that it will improve.

The guide provided excellent explanations as we passed by in the car and adjusted the schedule to suit the intentions of the other participants, so I feel like I had a comfortable and enjoyable Hanoi tour in a short amount of time. On top of that, they took great photos and recommended good restaurants and massage shops, for which I was very grateful. I booked on the spur of the moment, but I made the most of my first day.

The Hanoi Jeep Tour was an amazing experience! Our guide explained everything so well that we learned a lot about Hanoi's history and culture. Riding through the city on a jeep allowed us to experience the local atmosphere, and he also pointed out great photo spots along the way. The explanations were friendly and humorous, so there was never a dull moment throughout the tour. I highly recommend this tour if you're visiting Hanoi!
