See, hear, touch
How to enjoy sound
The Rokko Morino Auto Museum, which reopened in 2021, is already a famous tourist attraction for Kobe locals, and many people visit. "Morinoto" means "sound of the forest" in Korean. It focuses on the sounds coming from the forest and presents those sounds as touching and warm music.
If you are planning a trip to Kobe, which is full of food and things to see, why not stop by here for a while and enjoy a healing trip?
Introduction of the facility
First of all, the Morinooto Museum is surrounded by Mt. Rokko, so it can be said to be a place filled with green nature and clean air. Taking advantage of the surrounding environment, a walking path has been created where you can enjoy a walk with nature. Since it shows different beauty in each season, it is said that you can have a time of spiritual purification and enjoyment no matter when you go. So, regardless of the season, go and enjoy it.
Hidden sounds everywhere
There are also various facilities where you can enjoy the sounds of the forest, so you can make and hear sounds yourself. Look for musical instruments hidden throughout the trail and enjoy the sounds, such as a birdhouse-shaped music box, wooden instruments that make clear sounds when struck, and wooden sculptures that make sounds when stroked.
Concert without performers
Can you imagine a music concert without a performer? They say it is possible here because the music box museum has been renovated. A concert completed with music played by music boxes is a special experience that you can only experience here! In addition, since they play various genres, it can satisfy people of all ages and genders.
A little cafe in the forest
After enjoying the museum to your heart's content, if you feel hungry, we recommend visiting the Forest Cafe for a delicious meal. You can also dine on the outdoor terrace, which is full of the forest's sensibility, so sit in a sunny spot and listen to the sounds of nature as your background music! Have an unforgettable time at the Rokko Morino Oto Museum!
