- Full refund if canceled 30 days prior to the travel date
- 20% cancellation fee if canceled 29-20 business days prior to the travel date
- 30% cancellation fee if canceled 19-7 business days prior to the travel date
- 50% cancellation fee if canceled 6-4 business days prior to the travel date
- 100% cancellation fee if canceled 3 days to the travel date or no-show
- Reservation changes are not allowed within 3 days of the travel date.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
