- If notified 20 days (29~20) before the start of the trip: 10% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified 6 days (19~6) before the start of the trip: 15% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified 1 day (1~5) before the start of the trip: 20% deducted from the total product price and refund
- If notified on the day of the trip ~ before the start of the tour: 50% deducted from the total product price and refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If cancellation is received outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
