BESTI was dumbfounded when they said it was a luxury electric car tour, but dropped me off in front of Old Town on a rainy day and told me to walk around. I contacted the Wag Korea branch, and the local tour company sent an electric car about an hour later. After going around twice, they asked for 300,000 dong, so I contacted them again and took care of it.
