• This tour is available for ages 7 to 60. There will be a lot of water splashing during the tour, so please bring a change of clothes and a waterproof bag.
• The Avanza vehicle can accommodate up to 4 people. Please select a vehicle that fits the number of people in your group.
• Avanza: Up to 4 people / Inova: Up to 7 people / Hiace: Up to 12 people
• It is mandatory to purchase rafting personnel and Avanza vehicles.
• Please purchase additional Innova (7-seater) or Hiace (12-seater) vehicles as needed.
• This product allows you to travel to any desired location after Ayung River rafting. However, if you wish to travel to the outlying areas (Lempuyang, Batur, etc.), please let us know in advance. Additional fees will be charged for outlying areas.
• The vehicle is available for 10 hours (e.g. if you pick up your hotel at 8am, it will be available until 6pm)
• This tour is not recommended if you are pregnant or otherwise in poor health.
• The average temperature is 25 - 28℃, so please prepare short sleeves, sunscreen, a hat, and mosquito repellent.
• Depending on weather conditions, the tour order may be changed or canceled for safety reasons. In tropical Bali, it is common for it to rain during the rainy season (October - March) and it often clears up.
• For 3 people, a small passenger vehicle (6-seater) such as the Avanza or Ertiga is assigned. For 4 people, a medium-sized passenger vehicle (7-seater) such as the Avanza is assigned. Each person is allowed to bring 1 large carrier.
• If you have a lot of luggage and people, you will need to upgrade your vehicle and additional charges will apply.
• The above schedule may need to be coordinated through direct consultation with the driver depending on local traffic conditions, etc.
• Departure meeting time may change depending on the location of your hotel.
• We are not responsible for any theft or loss that may occur during the tour, so please take care to keep your valuables safe during the tour.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be accepted or refunds may be issued.

If cancellation is requested up to 7 days prior to the travel date: refund after deduction of reservation fee of KRW 5,000 (per person)
If cancellation is requested 6 to 4 days prior to the travel date: 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
3 days before travel date - same day or NoShow: No cancellation/change/refund possible

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
