• Pick-up and drop-off is only available at resorts, hotels, and spa shops in the Mactan and Cebu City areas.
• Even in areas where pick-up is possible, pick-up and drop-off may not be possible for some accommodations such as some hotels, Airbnb, and guesthouses. In this case, please understand that pick-up and drop-off will take place at an adjacent hotel.
• When picking up and dropping off from more than one hotel, additional charges apply for each additional location. (An additional 300 pesos is added per location, and the additional fee may vary.)
• If you want to take the tour immediately after arriving at the airport, pickup will be from the Mactan Waterfront Hotel Casino lobby, and for condo areas in Mactan Newtown, pickup will be in front of Newtown McDonald's.

• If you make a reservation as a team by randomly joining, we are not responsible for any problems that arise during the reservation process or tour.
• Schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• In case of cancellation due to weather or local circumstances, we may notify you of the cancellation the day before or 1 hour before the tour. Please be sure to check KakaoTalk.
• Vehicle pick-up/drop-off times vary by hotel and may change flexibly depending on local circumstances.
• Additional costs may apply if you change the pick-up/drop-off location after your reservation is confirmed, and changes may not be possible depending on local circumstances.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from information entered incorrectly when making a reservation (name/contact information/date of use/pick-up/drop-off location/KakaoTalk ID, etc.) or theft or loss.
• Due to the risk of loss or damage, we ask that you do not bring valuables or electronic devices, and it is difficult to store such items separately.
• If you bring valuables or electronic devices, we ask that you keep them with you or store them safely. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for loss/damage. In particular, when using a camera or smartphone during the tour, please check the waterproof pack once more and use it safely.
• This tour is an overseas tour product that takes place overseas, and all responsibility lies with the local tour company, and local insurance standards apply.
• Personal travel insurance is required. Be sure to sign up for separate personal travel insurance before traveling to Korea.
• Tour-related safety information and rules are provided in the vehicle in Korean. Please be sure to read them.
• Safety accidents (drowning accidents, abrasions, etc.) may occur during tours and water play. Be sure to follow the safety rules and wear safety equipment (life jacket, helmet, etc.) to prevent unexpected accidents.
• We are not responsible for accidents that occur due to individual actions that do not follow the precautions or instructions of the guide, or personal carelessness.
• This tour requires a lot of physical strength, so you can only proceed with the tour if you are in good health. Please refrain from making a reservation if you are pregnant, have a chronic illness such as high blood pressure or heart disease, or have various health problems such as the flu, high fever, unhealthy physical condition, or poor physical condition. If you hide your health condition and proceed with the tour, you, the tour party, are responsible for any accidents or problems that occur, and the company and tour staff are not responsible.
• If you have been drinking, you cannot proceed with the tour. If you have been drinking, you must tell us through KakaoTalk consultation or a guide before starting the tour. If you hide this and proceed with the tour, you, the person on the tour, will be responsible for any accidents or problems that occur, and the company and tour staff will be responsible for it. We do not take responsibility.
• Oslob tours are limited to 800 people per day due to conflict between the Oslob government and environmental groups.
• Please understand that even if you leave early, you may not be able to see whale sharks or the waiting time may be long.
• Additionally, whale sharks are wild animals that live in nature and can move freely. During the Oslob tour, some schedules, such as whale shark viewing and snorkeling, may be canceled due to various natural or local circumstances, such as the sudden movement of whale sharks or weather.
• The tour will continue even in rainy weather, and you must purchase your own raincoat. (5 ringgit)
• If you cannot see the whale sharks for the above reasons, the Oslob admission fee will be refunded. We ask for your understanding.
• If the Oslob tour is conducted but the canyoneering tour is not possible due to a sudden change in weather, the canyoning fee will be refunded. We ask for your understanding.

Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
