BESTIf you can't speak English or can't hear, it seems like it won't work. It's a trip where you have to go with Filipinos and Singaporeans in English. I don't recommend it if you can't speak English. You're paying for a guide, so if you can't understand the tourist attractions, it's a waste of money. Oh, I'm the only Korean...

Cancellation and Refund
- When notified 3 days prior to the start of the trip (6~3): 50% of the product fee is deducted.
- When notified by the day of travel (2~1 day): Cancellation/refund is not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
