Thanks to Guide Steven on our Taichung day tour, we had a comfortable and safe trip. He took great photos for us, took meticulous care to ensure we were comfortable, and spoke Korean so well that he even gave us explanations about Taiwan. If you can't speak English or can't hear, it seems like it won't work. It's a trip where you have to go with Filipinos and Singaporeans in English. I don't recommend it if you can't speak English. You're paying for a guide, so if you can't understand the tourist attractions, it's a waste of money. Oh, I'm the only Korean...
