BESTI applied for a taxi tour for my parents' filial piety trip, and it was really comfortable~ Driver Daniel speaks Korean really well and is a veteran driver. We communicated well through KakaoTalk in advance, so I don't think you have to worry about not being able to communicate. We went with the Tien Lai Hot Springs + Shui Nan Dong/Jinguashi/Jiu Fen course. Shui Nan Dong had more photo spots than I thought, which was great! In Jiu Fen, they told me that they had a restaurant I had made a reservation for, and they dropped me off at the optimal route, so I was able to enjoy Jiu Fen without many people even though it was the weekend. They took a lot of great photos while telling me about photo spots and poses one by one during the tour. It was hot, but it was so comfortable to ride a cool taxi and move around. Since it was hot summer, I wanted to proceed quickly due to physical issues, but they quickly reflected it on site. My parents were happy, saying it felt like they were on their honeymoon again. Haha I fell and got hurt in the middle, but there was medicine in the car, so they treated me quickly. Driver Daniel is so sweet. Last year, I also did the YesG bus tour, and I was very satisfied with the taxi tour. In particular, I was able to choose and plan the course myself, so I was very satisfied with skipping the hot summer heat and planning the course. Especially, if you are going with your parents, you can enjoy the trip while maintaining your physical strength, so I highly recommend the taxi tour to parents who are weak to the heat or those who are weak.

What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Date changes or refunds are not possible due to tardiness or no-show on the day of use.
- If you wish to change the date, you must contact WAUG customer service by 15:00 2 days prior to the date of use. (10:00 AM - 17:00 PM)
- However, if the date of use changes from a weekday to a public holiday or weekend, the difference must be paid in advance to the company.
- The drivers are all Taiwanese and have a lot of tour experience, so most of them can speak basic Korean. However, there is a distinction between those who speak English and those who speak Japanese, so be sure to select this when making a reservation.
- If you have difficulty communicating during the tour, please tell the driver “Call Center” and you will be connected to a staff member who can speak Korean.
- Car seat strollers can be rented free of charge upon prior request.
- If the estimated tour time is exceeded, an additional charge of 350 NTD per hour will be charged for taxis and 500 NTD per hour for vans.
- If you have luggage, you must reserve a van for up to 5 people. If you do not have luggage, you can use a taxi for up to 6 people. Additional cost of 500 NTD per person only.
Precautions when using hot springs
- Before entering the hot springs, you must cleanse and take a quick shower before entering.
- If you enter with sunscreen, please do not keep applying it.
