• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Date changes or refunds are not possible due to tardiness or no-show on the day of use.
• This product is provided by a driver who can speak Korean, English, and Japanese. Be sure to select this when making a reservation.
• If you would like an available driver, please enter it at the time of reservation. We will assign you only if there is an available driver in the order in which you requested payment. We will give you final information when allocating the vehicle to the person responsible for the vehicle.
• However, during the holiday season, depending on the driver, there are some who speak basic English and some who speak Korean, but since the assignment is random, we cannot confirm the 'driver's language proficiency'.
• If you have difficulty communicating during the tour, please tell the driver “Call Center” and you will be connected to a staff member who can speak Korean.
• It is operated by the Taiwan Taxi Company Daedohoe, and taxi drivers are not allowed to act as guides according to Taiwan Tourism Law, so they do not provide explanations.
• Car seat strollers can be rented free of charge upon prior request.
• We will inform you about the drop-off location in Jiufen during the Jiufen tour. If you wish to get off at the 7-Eleven side with the elderly, pregnant women, or people with bad knees, please inform the driver in advance.
• Because 7-Eleven does not allow parking and is dangerous because it is on the shoulder, you will get off on the road above 7-Eleven. According to Taiwanese law, only disabled vehicles are allowed in front of Jiufen 7-Eleven.

• If the estimated tour time is exceeded, an additional charge of 350 NTD per hour will be charged for taxis and 500 NTD per hour for vans.
• If you have luggage, you must reserve a van for up to 5 people. If you do not have luggage, you can use a taxi for up to 6 people. Additional cost of 500 NTD per person only.

• There is no price difference by language, and reservations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis in order of deposit.
• Departure from Hualien / Kaohsiung / Taichung: DSLR and Korean-speaking driver are not available. They are all from Taiwan, and the Hualien/Kaohsiung area drivers can speak English, but Korean is difficult. (However, many people are good at English.)
• Departure from Taipei (New Taipei City): All are from Taiwan, and most of them speak basic Korean required for the tour. They are divided into English and Japanese speakers.
• Drivers who can speak each language and take snapshots are only available for tours departing from Taipei (New Taipei City).

• In places where traffic control is frequent, such as around the Jiufen 7-Eleven at the entrance toward Jiufen Street, etc. where personal accidents and car accidents occur frequently, you must safely get off at the Jiufen parking lot according to the rules and use the stairs at the Jiufen Police Station. • If you want to get off at the 7-Eleven side and are elderly, pregnant, or have bad knees, please let the driver know in advance and we will get you off on the road above 7-Eleven.
• Depending on the situation on the day, such as police enforcement and traffic congestion, you will be dropped off at a location within a 10-minute walk from the Jiufen entrance to 7-Eleven or at a nearby bus stop, so please be aware of this.
• It is difficult for the driver to accompany you because parking is difficult. Those who get off at the top can walk to the Jiufen entrance, then walk down to the parking lot near the Jiufen police station that the driver tells you about and meet the driver.
• According to Taiwanese law, only disabled vehicles are allowed to get off in front of Jiufen 7-Eleven.
