• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Date changes or refunds are not possible due to tardiness or no-show on the day of use.
• If you have difficulty communicating during the tour, tell the driver “Call Center” and the company’s call center will connect you with a Korean interpreter by phone to help you communicate.
• Travel insurance outside of the vehicle is not included, so it is recommended that you purchase individual travel insurance.
• When joining a tour with another group, you must have one pick-up and drop-off location.
• Car seats, boosters, and strollers can be rented free of charge upon prior request (may not be provided if there is a shortage in quantity).
• There is no additional charge when getting on and off within Taipei city, but if you wish to pick up/drop off in an area other than downtown Taipei, an additional charge will apply depending on the distance.
• Vehicle insurance only applies to accidents within the vehicle.
• When using a B&B/AirNB/residence with separate floors, the address is often not confirmed, so if the accommodation does not provide the address before departure, please provide the detailed address (including floor and number) upon arrival in Taiwan KakaoTalk - JJ Taiwan Taxi Tour You must let us know.
• You can tell the driver where you want to drop off the vehicle on the day of the tour. In this case, you must provide the exact Jungmun address. ( Example: Cosmos Hotel Cheonseongdae Station - Address: 台北市 忠孝西路一段43號)

Vehicle information according to the number of passengers

• Taxi for 1 to 4 passengers (4 passengers, van available upon request)
• When carrying 5 to 8 passengers, it is carried out in a van.
• If you do not have luggage, you can use a taxi for up to 6 people (an additional cost of 500 NTD per person for each additional person from the existing 4 people).
• If you have luggage, you must use a van for groups of 5 or more.

• Vehicle congestion may occur depending on tourist attractions and road traffic conditions on the day of the tour, and if the tour time is exceeded due to this, an additional fee must be paid to the driver.
• Fees will be charged if the tour exceeds the estimated duration.
• 4-person vehicle (taxi): 450NTD per hour
• 8-person van (van): 650NTD per hour
• If you request an extension of the tour time from the driver on the day of the tour, you will be charged the above fee.
