Taipei Fun Pass 1/2/3 Day Pass

• The unlimited pass includes unlimited rides on Taipei and New Taipei City-operated subways (excluding Taoyuan Metro).
• Print the voucher sent via email or present the mobile voucher for use.
• Present it at the card exchange counter to receive your physical pass.
• Passes must be used consecutively starting from the activation date, according to your selected option.
• Example: 1-Day Pass (valid only on the day of activation), 2-Day Pass (valid for 2 consecutive days from activation), 3-Day Pass (valid for 3 consecutive days from activation).
• For the National Palace Museum, Heping Island Park, and National Museum of Marine Science and Technology, collect your admission ticket at the ticket office by presenting your physical card.
• For Taipei 101 Tower, reserve your entry time at the FunPASS dedicated terminal, then collect your physical ticket and enter at the scheduled time.
• For the Maokong Gondola, please present your 'Taipei FunPASS' at the self-ticketing kiosk to issue a paper ticket, then scan it at the Maokong Gondola automatic ticketing kiosk to enter. (Kiosks are located at Taipei Zoo Station, Taipei Zoo South Station, and Maokong Station)
• Valid for exchange within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Unused passes are eligible for refund within 1 year from the purchase date.
Refunds are not possible after the physical card has been exchanged.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• You must receive confirmation of cancellation after submitting your request during business hours.
