What to Remember
- The temple near YinHe Cave Waterfall is only open on weekends from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
- Jinguashi is closed on the first Monday of every month.
- You can specify a meeting point when contacting KakaoTalk.
- There is no additional charge for general Taipei City boarding and alighting, but additional charges apply for other areas. (KakaoTalk Settings > Friend Management > Allow addition of friends must be set)
- Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- If the tour time is exceeded, an additional NTD 350/Van NTD 350 per hour will be charged.
- New Taipei City (Yangming Mountain, Luzhou, Banqiao, etc.) + Beitou boarding and alighting: 300 NTD (approximately 12,000 won) for one ride or alight, 500 NTD (approximately 20,000 won) for both boarding and alighting
- Taoyuan / Wulai / Tianlai / Tamsui: Additional NTD 1000 each for boarding and disembarking.
Cancellation and Refund
If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, refund after 60% deduction
On the day of use - If you cancel or fail to attend 2 days in advance, or if you do not arrive at the start time of product use, full refund is not possible.
