• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Date changes or refunds are not possible due to tardiness or no-show on the day of use.
• During the Jiufen tour, you will be dropped off at Jiufen Police Station. If you are accompanied by the elderly, pregnant women, or people with bad knees, please inform the driver in advance if you wish to get off at the 7-Eleven side.
• Because 7-Eleven does not allow parking and is dangerous because it is on the shoulder, you will have to get off on the road above 7-Eleven. Under Taiwanese law, only disabled vehicles are allowed to get off in front of Jiufen 7-Eleven.
• The drivers are all Taiwanese and have a lot of tour experience, so most of them can speak basic Korean. There is a distinction between those who speak English and those who speak Japanese, so be sure to select this when making a reservation.
• If you have difficulty communicating during the tour, please tell the driver “Call Center” and you will be connected to a staff member who can speak Korean.
• The taxi driver cannot act as a guide according to Taiwan Tourism Law, so he cannot provide an explanation.
• If you join with other people, you must coordinate with each other to have one pick-up and drop-off location.
• Pick-up and drop-off locations are not hotels, but guesthouses, small guesthouses (, or even in front of subway stations.

• Car seat strollers can be rented free of charge upon prior request.
• There is no additional charge when getting on and off within Taipei city, but if you wish to pick up/drop off in an area other than downtown Taipei, an additional charge will apply depending on the distance.
• Vehicle insurance only applies to accidents within the vehicle.

Information regarding additional costs

• If the estimated tour time is exceeded, an additional charge of 350 NTD per hour will be charged for taxis and 500 NTD per hour for vans.
• If you have luggage, you must reserve a van for up to 5 people. If you do not have luggage, you can use a taxi for up to 6 people. Additional cost of 500 NTD per person only.
• Vehicle congestion may occur depending on tourist attractions and road traffic conditions on the day of the tour, and if the tour time is exceeded due to this, an additional fee must be paid to the driver.

Information on additional costs related to boarding/disembarking locations (northern region courses only)

• Tamsui, Jiufen, Ruifang, Yangming Mountain (The Top, Chushan, etc.) 500 NTD charged
• Yangmingshan Tianlai, Taoyuan City, Wulai, Linkou, Yehliu 1000 NTD charged
• In case of Xinbeitou, etc., 300NTD is charged.
• For Park City Luzhou Hotel, 300 NTD will be charged.
• For Taiwan City Zoo, 300 NTD is charged.
• For Songhsan Airport pick-up, 300 NTD will be charged.
• Other areas in New Taipei City will be charged NTD 500.
• For Banqiao, 200 NTD is charged.
• 1700 NTD is charged each when boarding and disembarking in Jiaoxi, Iran.
