BESTI like this course because it is easy to see Danshui and Beitou by bus. If a Korean guide had guided us properly, I would have been 1000% satisfied with this course because it included only the places I wanted to go. However, the guide barely spoke Korean, so I couldn't understand the explanations very well, which was disappointing. Later, I was very disappointed because I missed the courses I was supposed to go to. I would really appreciate it if you had a Korean guide next time.

What to Remember
- The reservation holder will be separately notified of the information required for travel insurance. (Insurance applicable to same-day tours only)
- Please note that Beitou Hot Springs Museum is closed on Mondays.
- This tour requires a lot of walking. Please check your physical condition that day.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Please prepare your own towel to use the cold spring.
- Please prepare an umbrella and sunglasses to protect against UV rays.
- Dismissal time may vary depending on traffic conditions that day.
- Please prepare extra cash.
- The minimum number of participants for a join tour is 6, and if the minimum number of participants is not met, we will inform you in advance. The tour may be canceled if there are less than the minimum number of guests.
- Car seat: According to Taiwanese legal regulations, children aged 0-4 years or under 18kg must use a car seat (300 NTD/piece additional use)
- People with the following medical conditions or those not suitable for excessive stimulation are not permitted to participate in this activity. (Hypertension, heart disease, asthma, pregnant women)
- If there are force majeure factors such as weather, strikes, or safety, we will assist you in postponing or canceling the schedule for safety reasons.
- Luggage storage is not possible on the join tour.
- Depending on the number of people, the tour will be conducted in a 15-seat mini van or large bus.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of any emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Tour schedule may change depending on local circumstances.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
Cancellation and Refund
- When notified 3 days prior to the start of the trip (6~3): 50% of the product fee is deducted.
- When notified by the day of travel (2~1 day): Cancellation/refund is not possible
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
