BESTIt's a small yakitori omakase restaurant in a quiet Shinjuku alley. There are only counter seats, and one chef carefully grills each chicken part. Parts such as liver, spleen, thigh meat, and skin came out in that order, and in the middle, there was also tsukune that you can dip in egg yolk and eat. Overall, the atmosphere is clean and not too heavy, and it's a good place to enjoy a quiet drink. It's not particularly fancy, but if you want to enjoy the taste of the chicken itself, you'll be satisfied.
