- Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be accepted or refunds may be issued.

- Kahala area accommodations: $10 additional fee applies.
- Accommodations in the western area including Ko Olina: Please purchase 2 of these options.
- An additional charge of $1 per carry-on bag and $2 per large carrier will be applied for each person carrying more than one large carrier.
- There is no additional charge for backpacks and Boston bags.
- Golf bags and strollers are subject to an additional $3 fee per item.

Cancellation and Refund
If you notify us 3 days (7~3) before the start of your trip: 30% of the travel fee will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us 1 day (2~1) before the start of your trip: 50% of the travel fee will be deducted and refunded
If you notify us within 24 hours of the start of your trip: No refund of the travel fee
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
