Dive or Walk!
You can choose between two experiences for the Dive & Walk at Tsutenkaku Observatory.
Dive : This is an exhilarating extreme sport where you dive vertically from a height of about 40m. Please note that those with bad backs cannot participate in the experience.
Walk : This refers to the experience of wearing a harness and walking around the space provided in the middle observation deck.

B1 Wakuwaku Land:
Not only are there many famous food brands, but there are also original goods, objects, and photo zones that can only be found here, so it's fun to look for them.
1F Tsutenkaku Entrance:
Please use the elevator or stairs to enter the observation deck.
2F Kinnikuman Project Archive Corner:
- You can see the Kinnikuman exhibition, a character well known in Korea! * Exhibition contents may change.
2F & 3F Tower Slider:
If you climb the spiral staircase from the 2nd to the 3rd floor, you can see the new experiential attraction Tower Slider!
3F Cafe de Luna Park
In addition to rich soft serve ice cream, Cafe de Luna Park also sells Osaka's famous mixed juice and original Tsutenkaku parfait.
4F View of the Light
At night, the 4th floor light observatory transforms into a disco-style observatory with colorful lights and mirror balls. There are signs in Japanese and English on the light observatory that tell you which landmarks you can see in each direction, so be sure to look for them! If the weather is good, you can even see Kansai International Airport, the Tower of the Sun, and Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
5F Golden Observatory
Here you can see the best view of downtown Osaka and meet the golden Billiken, which is said to bring good luck if you rub its soles.
