BESTThis was a truly wonderful tour! The private museum isn't large, but it boasts a rich collection. The exhibitions are emotionally engaging and well-written, making for a truly engaging experience. Even artifacts I might have simply passed by without the guide's explanations, but hearing the stories behind them made the experience all the more moving. The mausoleum was also incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It had a different atmosphere from the crowded tourist areas, and it felt healing. After the tour, Vietnam felt deeper and richer. Recommended for those who want to spend some quiet, humanistic time in Hanoi, something not common in Hanoi!

1450 years of history, Tran Quoc Pagoda
Nestled in the beautiful scenery of Hanoi's West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda is one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam, first built in the 6th century during the reign of King Ly Nam. With a long history of over 1,450 years, the pagoda is a sacred place and a source of pride for the Vietnamese people, just as its name, "the temple that protects the nation" suggests.
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the resting place of Vietnam's national hero
The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is where the body of President Ho Chi Minh, the national hero of Vietnam, is laid to rest. It is located in Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi. This place, better known to the Vietnamese as the 'Ba Dinh Mausoleum', is a place where you can feel respect and love for President Ho Chi Minh, who led the independence and unification of Vietnam.
