Instructions for use

3. Please receive the “ Usage Information Sheet ” issued at the dedicated exchange machine.
4. Please board the Shinkansen using the automatic ticket gate.
5. Please submit your ticket to the staff at the ticket gate at the station you got off at.

Cancellation and Refund
* After exchanging for a physical ticket, you can cancel at the JR ticket office and receive a refund after paying a 10% fee.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
