* Full refund is available for cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour start date.
* No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date or for same-day no-shows.
* Changes to reservations after payment is completed are subject to approval and will incur a minimum fee of MYR 150.00 per change.
* Cancellation and refund requests are only accepted within business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
