Highlights

This private transfer service takes you by dedicated vehicle between Narita Airport (NRT) or Haneda Airport (HND) and your accommodation in central Tokyo. Skip the long taxi lines and crowded public transport and go straight to your destination, with luggage assistance for heavy bags. Your driver tracks your flight, and free waiting time is included: 60 minutes on arrival, 30 minutes on departure and 120 minutes for flight delays. Depending on the option, you can also choose routes to and from central Yokohama/Yokohama Port or hotels in the Mt. Fuji area.

Program

Travel comfortably between the airport
and your accommodation by private vehicle

This is a 24-hour private airport transfer between Narita or Haneda Airport and your accommodation in central Tokyo. As an exclusive service for your group only, you avoid long taxi lines and crowded public transport and travel directly to your destination. Vehicles are regularly maintained to high quality standards.

Meet your driver in the arrivals hall and set off with your luggage

For options departing from the airport, if you have paid for the meet-and-greet service, your driver will wait in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. If you have not, the driver will contact you and send the meeting location by text message. Luggage assistance helps you with heavy bags.

For options from your hotel to the airport, simply provide your hotel address and flight details when booking. For the Tokyo hotel to Narita Airport route, driver details are provided by 18:00 the day before, and the driver arrives at your hotel 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Relaxed waiting time even if your flight is delayed

Your driver monitors your flight status, so there is no need to worry about delays. Free waiting time of 60 minutes on arrival, 30 minutes on departure and 120 minutes for flight delays is included.

Choose from Tokyo, Yokohama and Mt. Fuji area routes

In addition to routes between Narita/Haneda Airport and Tokyo hotels, there are routes between both airports and central Yokohama/Yokohama Port, and between Narita Airport and hotels in the Mt. Fuji (Kawaguchiko) area. The drive takes about 40 minutes from central Tokyo to Haneda Airport, about 90 minutes (about 75 to 80 km) to Narita Airport, and about 180 minutes from a Mt. Fuji area hotel to Narita Airport.

※ When going from your hotel to the airport, allow at least 3 hours for Haneda Airport and at least 6 hours when departing from a Mt. Fuji area hotel.
※ For Narita Airport, for example, if your flight departs at 8:00 PM, it is best to leave your hotel between 4:00 and 4:30 PM.
