Meet your driver at the airport and head to your accommodation

For airport-to-hotel transfers, if you have paid for the meet-and-greet service (extra charge), your driver will wait in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. If you have not paid for meet-and-greet, the driver will send you the meeting location by text message. Your driver monitors your flight status, so a delayed flight is no problem.

Get picked up at your accommodation and dropped at the airport

For hotel-to-airport transfers, the driver waits where the vehicle can be parked near your accommodation and contacts you with the meeting location. The professional driver helps with your luggage, so you don't have to carry heavy bags alone.

Generous free waiting time is included

Free waiting time is 90 minutes on airport arrival, 30 minutes on departure from your accommodation, and up to 120 minutes for flight delays. Beyond the free waiting time, an extra charge of USD 30 per hour applies.
