Excellent service! Our driver was incredibly patient, kind and professional. We had an unexpected long delay at immigration at Narita Airport, and he waited for us the whole time without any problem. Communication was excellent and he made everything very easy after a long journey. We really appreciated his understanding and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this service and would happily use it again. Thank you so much for such a great welcome to Japan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
