This day tour departs from Tokyo Station or Shinjuku and visits six classic Mt. Fuji viewpoints in one day. See Mt. Fuji reflected in Lake Yamanaka at Hirano Beach, stroll among the clear spring ponds of Oshino Hakkai, and enjoy seasonal flowers at Oishi Park by Lake Kawaguchi. You will also stop at popular photo spots including the Lawson convenience store, the street in front of Hikawa Clock Shop and Arakurayama Sengen Park, where the pagoda and Mt. Fuji appear together. Besides the options departing from fixed meeting points, small-group and private options with hotel pickup are also available.

Depart from Tokyo and
head to Hirano Beach on Lake Yamanaka
Depart from Tokyo Station at 7:30 AM or Shinjuku Station at 8:00 AM and travel about 2 hours by vehicle. Your first stop is Hirano Beach on Lake Yamanaka (near the Shiratori ferry pier), known for reflections of Mt. Fuji on the water. Spend about 40 minutes walking along the shore and photographing the lake, swans and Mt. Fuji.
Explore Oshino Hakkai and Oishi Park

Spend about 70 minutes at Oshino Hakkai. Stroll past eight clear springs formed by snowmelt from Mt. Fuji and the lanes between traditional houses, and try local snacks at your own expense if you like.
At Oishi Park beside Lake Kawaguchi, spend about 40 minutes enjoying seasonal scenery such as cherry blossoms and tulips in spring, lavender in summer and autumn leaves in fall.
Take Mt. Fuji photos at
Lawson and Hikawa Clock Shop

Stop for about 20 minutes at the Lawson convenience store famous for photos with Mt. Fuji in the background, where you can also buy snacks or drinks. Then take photos on the street in front of Hikawa Clock Shop, known as the "road leading to Mt. Fuji".
Capture the pagoda and Mt. Fuji
at Arakurayama Sengen Park

The final stop is Arakurayama Sengen Park. Spend about 60 minutes climbing the stone steps to the viewpoint where the red five-story Chureito Pagoda and Mt. Fuji can be seen together. Depart for Tokyo around 3:30 PM and arrive at Tokyo Station around 6:30 PM.
