The day begins with a visit to a local fish market and farmers' market. Pick seasonal seafood, locally grown vegetables and island specialties together for the beach BBQ. Discover seasonal ingredients, learn about Okinawan food culture and get to know your fellow travelers.

Paddle to an uninhabited island by SUP or sea kayak

Head to a hidden beach far from the usual tourist spots. The exact location is kept secret to preserve its peaceful atmosphere. Choose a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) or sea kayak and paddle across emerald waters to a small uninhabited island for about 1.5 hours.

Cook and share a BBQ together on the beach

Move on to another beach known for its clear water and great snorkeling, and prepare the BBQ together before going into the water. Inspired by the Okinawan spirit of "yuimaru" (helping one another), everyone shares simple tasks, cooks side by side and eats together.

The BBQ menu changes every time because it is made with seasonal ingredients picked that morning. Depending on the day's catch and harvest, it may include seafood, Okinawan vegetables, tropical fruit and Japanese wagyu beef.

Meet tropical fish while snorkeling in clear water

In the afternoon, snorkel in warm, clear water and meet colorful tropical fish, coral and marine life. Snorkeling and the BBQ take about 3.5 hours together. No prior SUP, kayaking or snorkeling experience is needed, as your guide supports you all day.
