Shin Yeh (欣葉) is a Taiwanese cuisine restaurant that opened in 1977. It serves classic Taiwanese dishes such as braised pork ribs, stir-fried vegetables and stir-fried mullet roe with radish, made with carefully selected ingredients. Simply visit the restaurant on your reserved date and time and enjoy the pre-set course.

Course A is a set of traditional Taiwanese dishes

A special set of traditional Taiwanese dishes. The menu per person: 2 pieces of bottarga (mullet roe), braised pork ribs, 3 salt-and-pepper stir-fried shrimp, stir-fried vegetables, fried rice, clam soup and seasonal fruit.

Course B is a seafood special with crab sticky rice

A special seafood menu including Shin Yeh's famous crab sticky rice. The menu per person: soy-braised abalone, handmade fried squid balls, radish omelet, braised pork belly, Taiwanese blue crab sticky rice, clam and chicken soup, almond tofu and peanut mochi.

Print your confirmation and QR code before visiting

Once your booking is confirmed, we will email you the QR code needed for your meal. Print the full booking confirmation screen and the QR code in advance and present them at the restaurant on your reserved date. Opening hours are 11:00–14:30 and 17:00–21:00. On weekend and Taiwan public holiday evenings, reservations are only available at 17:30 or 19:30.
