This is a meet & assist service at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB). Depending on the option you book, you can use the arrival, departure or transit service for domestic or international flights, and a dedicated assistant gives you personalized guidance through the airport and its procedures. The service is private and provided in English.

On arrival, you are greeted with a name sign at the aerobridge

When you get off the plane, the assistant waits just outside the aerobridge holding a sign with your name. Where applicable, the assistant accompanies you through immigration and baggage claim and guides you to your pre-arranged transportation.

On departure, you meet at the drop-off area and are guided to the gate

Meet your assistant at the designated drop-off area and receive help with your luggage from the curbside. Where applicable, you are escorted through security and immigration, then to the airline lounge if you are eligible or have purchased access separately, or otherwise to your boarding gate. The departure service starts 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure.

On transit, the assistant stays with you to your next gate

Meet the assistant holding a name sign at the arrival gate and, where applicable, be accompanied through immigration. The assistant helps with baggage collection and re-check-in for your connecting flight, then guides you through immigration to the airline lounge (if eligible or purchased separately) or the departure gate.

※ The service is not provided if your flight is delayed by 2 hours or more from the scheduled arrival or departure time.
※ Airport lounge, buggy service and airport transfers are not included.
