Fly over the limestone peaks
of Vang Vieng in a hot air balloon
After pickup from your hotel in Vang Vieng, drive about 30 minutes to the launch site. Board the balloon and look down on the limestone karst landscape of Vang Vieng. The morning tour flies at sunrise and the afternoon tour at sunset.
On the morning tour, you have time after the flight to rest, have breakfast, or shower and change. On the afternoon tour, you do the cave and river activities first and head to the balloon launch site around 4:30 PM.
Explore a water cave by tube
Go to Tham Non Cave with your guide and float through the flowing water cave on a tube. The visit lasts about 1 hour, including time for photos.
Ride a longtail boat and relax at the Tham Jang Cave spring
Enjoy about 30 minutes of riverside scenery on a longtail boat on the Nam Song River. Then visit Tham Jang Cave and relax with a swim in the crystal-clear natural spring. After the activities, you return to your accommodation in Vang Vieng.
