Greet the sunrise on a SUP

This is a sunrise stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) experience of about 1 hour 30 minutes at Man Thai Beach in Da Nang. Meet at the beach before sunrise, get your equipment, then paddle out onto the calm sea in the early light and watch the sun rise over the water. An English-speaking instructor accompanies the small group.

The instructor teaches you the basics

No previous SUP experience is needed. Before heading out, the instructor explains the basics, such as how to stand on the board and how to paddle, so beginners can start with confidence. If it is your first time on a SUP, please let us know when booking.

Relax on the calm morning sea

Feel the fresh sea breeze and gentle waves as you take in the Da Nang coastline from the water. You can also use the snorkeling goggles provided to look at the coral below.

Capture the sunrise with a waterproof pouch

A waterproof phone pouch and bottled water are provided, so you can take photos comfortably on the water. Changing rooms and parking are available at the beach.
