This is the only way to go to the chu chi tunnels without the traffic and craziness of the city traffic. It was absolutely fantastic. The boat staff are incredibly helpful and attentive and the perspective from the river and coolness on the boat was refreshing from the heat. The cu chi tunnel experience once there was so interesting with our guide explaining everything and allowing us to experience the tunnels ourselves. This experience reflect the ingenuity of the Vietnamese culture. They are incredibly resilient and resourceful still to this day.
