This 90-minute cooking class is inspired by color therapy. At K-Vibe Studio in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, you make your own gimbap with fresh ingredients and learn how colors can reflect mood and emotions.

The class follows a mindful approach that slows the pace and focuses on the senses. You can take your finished gimbap home in a traditional Korean lunch box.

Explore your mood with color cards

Use the color chart and energy cards from the mindful ritual workbook to see how colors reflect mood and emotions. The session begins calmly with traditional Korean tea.

Prepare fresh ingredients

Choose and set out the fresh local ingredients for your gimbap, paying attention to their colors as you plan your own roll.

Roll your gimbap and taste it with sauces

Layer your ingredients and roll the gimbap yourself. Korean-style sauces such as Buldak, Kimchi Mayo, Yangnyeom Chicken and Bulgogi Burger are served to go with it.

Pack your finished gimbap into a traditional Korean lunch box to take home.
