This is a 2-hour gimbap cooking class at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido. You walk through the food hall ingredient market with a guide, then make three iconic styles of gimbap following a chef's instructions. You can taste your gimbap or take it away packed, and you also receive a drink coupon (coffee or tea) and a welcome gift set. The class is a small group of up to 8 people.

Pick ingredients in the food hall and make three styles

First, you choose fresh ingredients for your gimbap in the food hall of The Hyundai Seoul together with a guide.

Then you make Mayak Gimbap, a favorite at Seoul traditional markets, Chungmu Gimbap, a regional specialty served with spicy seasoned squid and radish kimchi, and Classic & Nude Gimbap served with a signature dipping sauce.

Plate your gimbap beautifully

Following the chef's guidance, you fill your gimbap with your own combination of ingredients and learn plating and table styling. You finish by arranging your gimbap neatly on a plate.

Taste it and take it away

You can taste your finished gimbap right there, and take-out packaging is provided. A free drink coupon (coffee or tea) and a welcome gift set are also included.
