  • Cannot be used on JR Kyushu buses, B&S Miyazaki buses, Kyushu's cruise train Seven Stars, and Aruresha (Sweet Train).

Free cancellation is possible until the actual ticket is exchanged. However, no refund is possible after the exchange period has passed.
