This special exhibition delves into the flow of fantasy in Asian visual culture from the 19th to the 21st century. From Japanese Ukiyo-e, Chinese shadow puppetry, and Tibetan Thangka to Surrealism, manga and animation, and contemporary art and digital culture, encounter how myths and imaginary worlds have been expressed in art through a diverse range of works.
