Vehicle information will be provided via KakaoTalk the afternoon of the day before, so be sure to check it. If you do not hear from us, you must check with the contact information specified on the voucher.

• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• Canyoneering cancellations due to local circumstances such as bad weather are usually notified by local authorities in the Philippines in the morning. Please understand in advance that you may receive a canyoning cancellation notice while on the way to the canyoning location or while moving to Oslob.

• Those who want to participate in the tour immediately after arriving at the airport can also make a reservation.
• Meeting point for international flights: In front of the Globe telecom booth outside the arrival point at the entrance to Terminal 2
• Meeting point when boarding domestic flights: Outside the arrival point at the entrance to Terminal 1
• However, the tour departure time cannot be adjusted to match the arrival time. The meeting time is the same, so if the waiting time is long, please make a reservation at a massage shop or accommodation near the airport.
