• It will be held regardless of rain. Whether or not you can set sail depends on sea conditions (waves, etc.).
• The decision to proceed with all tours is made by the local company, taking safety into consideration.
• If you change or cancel due to personal judgment or reasons before the local company's cancellation decision, a cancellation/change fee may be charged according to the refund and change regulations.
• There are no specific points in the Kerama Islands, and snorkeling and diving points are determined depending on the sea conditions on the day.
• For fun diving, only license card (C card) holders can participate. (Be sure to bring your C card.)
• Please wear a swimsuit before gathering at the meeting point.
• Please bring a beach towel and extra clothes.
• It is possible to take a quick shower on board, but we recommend using the Miegusuku Port waiting room shower room (charged) if possible.
• If you often get motion sickness, please take your own motion sickness medication in advance.
• Parking is available for a fee. (per vehicle / maximum 500 yen per day)
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• If the tour itself is canceled, a full refund is possible, but a transfer fee will be charged.
• Pregnant women cannot participate for safety reasons. Please note that if you are identified on the day of the tour, participation and tour costs will not be refunded.
• Those with circulatory/respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, etc., or those who drank too much the day before or on the day are not permitted to participate.

Age information available:

• People over 60 years of age and preschool children are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.
• The age limit for participating in this tour is elementary school students - 59 years old. (Diving is for ages 10 and older)

Diving precautions:

• When making an experience diving reservation, please enter the English name, age, height, weight, and foot size of all participants.
• If you wear contact lenses, you may lose them in the water, so please wear disposable lenses whenever possible.
• Prescription masks can be used by paying 550 yen on site.
• If only minors are participating, a consent form signed by their parents is required.
• Shower rooms are available for a fee.
• In case of bad weather or high waves, the schedule may change for safety reasons. (However, in this case, refunds are not possible.)

If the reservation is canceled due to customer circumstances: cancellation fee below will be deducted.
