• Options including pick-up and drop-off can be reserved for 4 people or more.
• If you would like to be picked up from outside of Naha city, please contact us.
• Children under 4 years of age cannot participate.
• Please bring a change of clothes, shoes that can get wet, and a towel.
• Free parking is available.
• If you cancel your reservation due to your own circumstances, a fee will be charged. Please understand that the transfer fee for refunds is also the customer's responsibility.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be canceled due to reasons such as number of guests or reservation status. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• The tour may be canceled due to bad weather, etc. For this reason, the remittance fee will be deducted even when refunding.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.

If the reservation is canceled due to customer circumstances: cancellation fee below will be deducted.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
